About Cast

We're turning every API into an MCP server

Cast was born from a frustration: the Model Context Protocol is transformative, but wiring up your existing APIs to it is tedious, error-prone, and requires deep infrastructure knowledge. We built Cast to collapse that work into two minutes.

The story

When Anthropic published the Model Context Protocol spec, the developer community immediately understood the implication: AI agents finally had a standard way to talk to external systems. But the path from "I have an OpenAPI spec" to "my agent can call my API" was still a multi-day infrastructure project.

You'd need to host a server, handle auth, manage TLS, keep it running, add observability, deal with rate limits — all before writing a single line of agent logic. Most teams either skipped MCP entirely or hacked together a fragile local proxy.

Cast changes that. Upload your OpenAPI spec, configure auth once, and get a production MCP server URL in under two minutes. No DevOps, no infrastructure, no ongoing maintenance. Just a URL you can hand to Claude, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible agent.

What we believe

Developer-first

Every decision starts with the question: does this make the developer's life easier? Zero DevOps, zero YAML, zero surprises.

Infrastructure should be invisible

You shouldn't need to think about servers, deployments, or uptime. Cast handles all of it so you can focus on your product.

Security by default

Auth credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. We never log secrets. HTTPS everywhere. Audited regularly.

Honest pricing

No surprise overages, no hidden seats, no bait-and-switch. We grow when you grow.
