By accessing or using Cast ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including those on the free plan.
Cast converts OpenAPI specifications into hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. We provide the infrastructure, auth handling, observability, and MCP protocol implementation. You provide the API spec and credentials.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use the Service to impersonate any person or entity.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Cast. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree not to: use Cast to proxy APIs you do not have the right to access; attempt to circumvent rate limits, billing, or security controls; use the Service for illegal activity; upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the infrastructure; or resell access to Cast without a written partnership agreement.
You grant Cast permission to store and use your API credentials (keys, tokens, OAuth secrets) solely to operate the MCP servers you configure. We encrypt all secrets at rest and in transit. You are responsible for the security of credentials you share with Cast and for revoking them if they are compromised.
Free plans are provided without a payment obligation. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Telr. Overages beyond plan limits will result in request throttling, not surprise charges. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. If you disagree with a price change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
We target 99.9% uptime for paid plans. We do not guarantee specific uptime for the free tier. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.) or by your upstream API being unavailable.
Cast does not claim ownership of your API specs, your API, or your data. You retain all rights to your content. We claim no rights to use your content beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.
The Cast platform, software, and documentation are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may close your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical. Upon termination, your workspace configurations will be soft-deleted and permanently purged after 30 days per our data retention policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAST'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We'll notify registered users by email before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
